Our team of experts will perform an 1 hour ergonomic evaluation which includes:
- Review of current workstation strengths.
- Review of possible MDS's(Musculoskeletal Disorders) workstation risk factors.
- Making on-the-spot immediate changes to their workstation.
- Educate client on how to adjust the user's chair and monitor, proper keyboard placement and optimal mouse selection and more.
- Design individual exercises specifically to help reduce any discomfort issues related to their poor workstation set up.
- Provide a 4 to 6 week follow up to allow enough time to order equipment, ensure proper set up of equipment, ensure exercises are being performed properly and evaluate progress.
- Final Report.

Our ergonomic training program is ideal for office managers, safety officers, coordinators, administrators, etc. who want to promote the practice of good ergonomic habits and reduce the risk of injury in the workplace. ErgoHealth Consult provides monthly or quarterly 30-45 min ergonomic presentation for groups of 5 or more to go over the basics of ergonomics. The ergonomics training presentation is helpful for current employees and for new hires.
