Our team of experts will perform an 1 hour ergonomic evaluation which includes:
- Review of current workstation strengths.
- Review of possible MDS's(Musculoskeletal Disorders) workstation risk factors.
- Making on-the-spot immediate changes to their workstation.
- Educate client on how to adjust the user's chair and monitor, proper keyboard placement and optimal mouse selection and more.
- Design individual exercises specifically to help reduce any discomfort issues related to their poor workstation set up.
- Provide a 4 to 6 week follow up to allow enough time to order equipment, ensure proper set up of equipment, ensure exercises are being performed properly and evaluate progress.
- Final Report.

ErgoHealth Consult provides monthly or quarterly 30-45 min ergonomic presentation for groups of 5 or more to go over the basics of ergonomics. The ergonomics training presentation is helpful for current employees and for new hires.
